InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Atlanta GA - Woodstock

I'm really excited to give this 5 star review. Starting from the staff to the managers. Especially J. McDonald. Wonderful job taking the time to make arrangements for my reservation. Even though she had not eaten she made time to arrange my stay here. Excellent job. I will always stay here.

I have been staying here for a few months now and the staff have been nothing but helpful. From the manager who is a blessing, the maintenence guy who let's us in the room when we forget our keys (you're a hero), to the woman who comes in weekly to clean the room. The area is great. It's right off 92, so access to 575 is immediate. The price for the room may be a bit high (a little over 1600 a month), but the atmosphere and staff make it worth it. Definitely a good place to get on your feet if you don't have any other options. If I could give service 6 stars, I would.

The room is basic but location is convenience. Service team/ management is tentative, response to the request promptly. The fridge in my room was not cold on the date i checked in( Saturday)and they sent the mainternance right after the office open back in Monday morning. Appreciate the fast service.

Stayed here for 5 months after losing our home to a storm, highly recommend. Clean rooms, no pests, great office and housekeeping staff, excellent rates and location. We will certainly be back if the situation ever arises.

I was blessed to get into a recently renovated room so my review may be different than others. I will say the weekly house keeping could do a better job cleaning the bathroom/room, but I’m appreciative the service is offered. I did buy a steam mop for the floors because to me, traditional mops just push around dirt. The room was clean enough, not spick and span, but definitely not dirty. The walls could use a paint job as I believe some guests disregard the no smoking policy. Nevertheless my stay was comfortable. I didn’t feel unsafe, and the location is very convenient. Ms. J, the manager, was such a blessing to me during my stay as well. She happened to see a friend and I praying before we entered the office and when we came in she gave us the most welcoming experience and said she touched and agreed with us from inside the office lol. The maintenance guy was also very helpful and friendly. I believe his name is Mark. These two definitely made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you so much, J and Mark!!!

Stayed here for a few months and never had an issue with the staff or the other guests. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and access to the highway.

10 Newly renovated rooms! 7 on the 1st floor with 1 king suite, 1 with 2 full size beds.. 3 on the 2nd floor with 1 king and 2 queens they come with a pull out couch. Very nice. Non-smoking. Im the housekeeper been here for 6yrs. Love my job,boss and co-workers (well most) Come check us out. Eventually all rooms will look like this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had an overall very good experience staying at InTown Suites in Woodstock. The property stands out from many other extended stay options thanks to its exceptionally clean rooms—no dust, mold, or pests whatsoever, which is honestly rare to find. The hotel staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, with the manager in particular going above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The only real downside is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear a lot of activity in neighboring rooms—especially if there happen to be unsupervised children above you enjoying their own personal indoor playground. But to be fair, that’s more of a guest/parenting issue than anything the staff can control. Overall, the property feels safe and is generally pretty quiet aside from that occasional kiddo stampede. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed, and friendly extended stay option in the area, I would absolutely recommend this location.
